My Qualifications Include:

* Oregon Certified Home Inspector,#1106

* Lisensed Contractor State of Oregon #170927

* Trainig and Certification and Continuing Education in Pre-Purchased Home Inspection, Sellers Home Inspections, Wood Destroying Organism Inspections, New Home Inspections and Warranty Inspections from the American Institute of Inspectors.

* I have over 25 years experience in the building trades including New Home Construction, Remodeling, Dry Rot Repair, Roofing, Foundations and Investment Property Rehab and Maintainance.

I am a member in good standing of the following Organizations.

  • InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors-(InterNachi)

 I am a proud member of (InterNachi )- International Association of Certified Home Inspectors,  Id # 0707042I am in good standings with the organization, I have pass all the entrance exams to become a member. InterNachi has a 50% failure rate due to scores or requirements, As a member I must continue my educational course with a minimum of 24 hours per year, every year. This educational courses assist us in our everyday business as inspectors.
